Attorney Ramón Massó Flores is a native of the city of Caguas, Puerto Rico. He spent his formative years as well in the island and conducted his undergraduate studies at the University of Puerto Rico - Mayaguez and the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. In 1995 at age 24 he joined the United States Navy and attended the Naval Nuclear Power School and the Navy Nuclear Power Training Unit in Charleston, SC. Following his training, he was assigned to serve on board submarines until 2013 when he was assigned to the Navy JAG Region Legal Service Office in Groton, CT until his retirement from the naval service in 2015.

Attorney Massó Flores obtained his JD from Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, MA in 2011 and was admitted to practice in Massachusetts on that year. He is admitted to practice in front to the United States District Court in Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit, and the State of Connecticut Superior Court.

His areas of practice are criminal defense, children protection, juvenile delinquency, and family law.

He is married to Mrs. Ivonne Isern-Masso and has three amazing children and three grandchildren.
